1.How do i Register and is it necessary to shop on Vegnpulses.com?
You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.
2.Can i have Multiple Accounts?
A: NO. Each Email address and Contact number can only be associated with one Vegnpulses Account.
3.Can i add multiple delivery address in my account?
A: Yes you can add multiple delivery address to your Vegnpulses account.
4.What is My Account?
A: My Account is the section where you will reach after you login to your Vegnpulses account. My Account allows you to track your orders, add or update your delivery address, edit your personal information etc.
5.What are the modes of modes of payment?
A: The following modes of payments are accepted for your orders placed on Vegnpulses.com

7.How do i Return and get Refunds?
A: We at Vegnpulses.com have a no question asked return and refund policy which entitles all our customers to return the product at the time of the delivery if they are satisfied with the freshness and quality of the product.The Refund amount will be credited to the account in the form of store credit which can be utilized in next order placed.
Return policy: Time Limits
1.Perishable Products : At the time of Delivery
2. All other Products : Within 2 days of delivery.
8.When will the order i placed will be delivered?
A: Once you select the products and place the order you can choose the delivery date and time of delivery and you can add comments if any in the delivery comment section. we will deliver the order on the day and time slot selected by you.
9.Do You deliver in my Area?
A: You will be able to check the serviceable area at the time of checkout when you enter the delivery address. If we are unable to deliver in your area, we will inform you before checkout.
10.Do you charge for Delivery?
A: The delivery charges are waived off for all the orders valued above Rs 1000. However we will charge a flat shipping charges for orders below Rs 1000. you can check the estimate of the delivery charges at the time of checkout.
